Cancellation and Refunds

General payment information

  • All payments to be made prior to the schedule session (apart from any discovery call or pre-session agreed upon)

  • The scheduled session will not be confirmed until the payment has been made

  • All purchases expire a year from date of purchase if not fully utilized

  • Special offers and discounts, may only be available for a limited time


Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

  • If for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment you will need to provide us with at least 12 hours notice. You can then ask for a refund or reschedule to another time

  • Any cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are chargeable for the full session fee. Being unavailable for any session without informing us will also incur the full fee for the session you have booked.

  • thecognitiveconsultants retains the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment, with either a full refund or a new date, as agreed upon

  • If a session is cancelled due to technical difficulties, on the part of either party, the client retains the right to cancel/reschedule, with either a full refund or a new date, as agreed upon
