What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is simply a relaxed and focused state of mind. It is NOT magic. We experience hypnosis while being engrossed in a movie or in a book while phasing out the rest of the world. A great example of hypnosis is also daydreaming, which feels real until we are suddenly woken up from our 'trance'. During hypnosis, our brains are highly suggestible, and this is where we can use hypnosis for our benefit.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy simply means using hypnosis in order to create change. As our minds are highly suggestible in the hypnotic state, we can bend and mend our old beliefs which ultimately help change our everyday thoughts and behaviours.

What is the RTT Protocol?
1. Rapid Transformational Therapy or RTT for short is a hypnosis-based brief treatment used to change people's lives in the shortest amount of time possible.
2. With RTT, we go back to the why and when you developed a Maladaptive belief that has been keeping making you eat too much, or keeping you anxious, etc.
3. Once the root cause is identified, the belief is changed forever through the use of suggestion in a hypnotic monologue.
4. This monologue is recorded and given to you to listen to every day for at least 21 days. Your progress is reviewed and another session was given if there is a need.
Should I opt for a Hypnosis Session or the RTT Protocol?
This really depends on how easy it is to get to the root of the presenting problem. Hypnosis sessions might be alright if the root cause is easy to understand or already known, otherwise, RTT may be a better option.
The best way to determine this would be through interaction with the client and understanding where they are and where they need to be. It is also completely normal for the approach to change switch between Hypnosis and RTT over a number of sessions, depending on the situations that arise.
Where will the session take place?
The sessions are delivered online or in-person depending on your preference and/or location.
Important to note is that whether the session is delivered online or in-person has no bearing on its effectiveness
